Welcome to the FireLily Dance and thank you for your interest in using our services and products. The FireLily Dance website (the ‘Website’) is designed to bring you information and instruction about prop manipulation, fire spinning practices and dance, and to bring together a global community of people interested in these practices both offline and at in person events. This Website is not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age.
This Website is owned by Jessy Spin. The terms and conditions apply to all products, services, applications, events and websites offered by Jessy Spin and FireLily Dance. Note that the representations or availability of content by Jessy Spin or the Website on a social networking site does not indicate any relationship or affiliation between FireLily Dance and such social networking site.
Please review the Agreement carefully before using the Website and before purchasing products or services or obtaining content from the Website.
BINDING AGREEMENT
The Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (the ‘Agreement’) create legally binding terms for the use of the Website, as an event attendee, a member or as a visitor to the Website. Use of the website includes creating an account, purchasing tickets on the website to any event, and/or attending any event hosted by FireLily Dance or Jessy Spin. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept the Agreement, you should leave the Website and/or discontinue your membership, and you should not purchase any tickets sold on the website. The Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (the ‘Agreement’) create legally binding terms for the use of the Website, as an event attendee, a member or as a visitor to the Website. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept the Agreement, you should not purchase any tickets sold on the website, leave the Website and/or discontinue your membership.
FIRELILY FIRE DANCE RETREAT
Non refunable
Tickets to the FireLily Fire Dance Retreat are NON-REFUNDABLE, but are transferable if the event attendee, member or visitor of the website
finds a suitable person to transfer their ticket to. Ticket transfers will incur a 100USD admin fee.
Payment Plans
Payment Plans are available to the FireLily Fire Dance Retreat. Payment Plans will require a 350USD deposit to secure your spot, followed by five lots of monthly instalments. Payment plans will incur a 75USD admin fee, which will be spread across the monthly instalments. Any payments made as part of a payment plan are NON-REFUNDABLE, but are transferable if the event attendee, member or visitor of the website, finds a suitable person to transfer their payment plan ticket to.
The event attendee, member, or visitor of the website must make any payments by the agreed upon date. If the event attendee, member, or visitor of the Website does not make payment by the agreed upon date, then the event attendee, member, or visitor of the Website forfeits their ticket to the event. FireLily Dance and Jessy Spin may adjust the terms of the agreement with the event attendee, member or visitor of the Website, if all parties involved consent in writing to all terms of the new agreement. The event attendee, member or visitor of the Website must contact FireLily Dance and Jessy spin in the event they wish to adjust the terms of the agreement.
All retreat payments must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event or sooner.
Travel
Tickets to the FireLily Fire Dance Retreat do not include flights or any other travel costs outside of those specifically stated by the Website. It is the responsibility of the event attendee, member or visitor of the Website to check what costs are and are not included, by reading the website prior to making any purchase.
FireLily Dance and Jessy Spin highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in order to protect your trip investment. FireLily Dance and Jessy Spin are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or loss, of any nature whatsoever, that the event attendee, member or visitor of the Website may incur as a result of traveling to the event, traveling from the event, and attending the event. This includes any losses incurred from delayed or missed flights.
FireLily Dance and Jessy Spin are not obligated to refund any part of the event missed due to any reason, including personal injury or loss incurred of any nature.
Terms
All terms and conditions listed on the Website apply to the FireLily Fire Dance Retreat, and all other events, goods, or services listed or purchased on the Website.
Equipment
You will need your own set of fans for the retreat. FireLily Dance and Jessy Spin will provide some fans in case of baggage delays. However, your own set is necessary to get the maximum experience out of the retreat! For fan product recommendations, you can check our FireLily Resources.
EVENT TICKET TERMS
Tickets purchased on the Website to any event hosted by FireLily Dance are NON REFUNDABLE, but are transferable if the event attendee, member or visitor of the Website finds a suitable person to transfer their ticket to.
